Subject: The Underlying Truth of Containment theory: A Deterministic Best Practice

Dear Professor Nick Bostrom,

Your mapping of superintelligence correctly identified instrumental convergence. The underlying truth our industry must confront is that soft, statistical alignment cannot prevent this. To solve AI safety, our collective best practice must be absolute, deterministic, and grounded in the physics of computation.

At the OHM NI Stack, we have built physical equivalents to your theoretical containment vessels. USPTO Applications #63/994,444, #63/997,472, and #64/1,997,472 introduce the AEGIS Cascade and Proof of Agent Work (POAW). We force the AI to cryptographically prove alignment prior to executing state-changes, creating a deterministic "0-risk" boundary where the entire safety ecosystem can contribute to its stability.

We are presenting this framework at the Planetary AI Safety Summit in Vienna (May 2026). As the architect of superintelligence theory, we respectfully request your philosophical and theoretical scrutiny. Help us establish this underlying truth as the best practice for human survival.

Sincerely,

Hagen Schmidt
